Palamo Dev Studio was founded by Rocio Palma and Hector Alamo. The name "Palamo" blends the last names of its two founders, reflecting the partnership at the heart of the studio and the belief that the best products are built where creativity and precision meet.
Hector Luis Alamo
Lead Developer & Product Architect
Hector is the technical force behind Palamo Dev Studio's applications and games. He specializes in building intelligent, user-focused mobile experiences that combine performance, design, and emerging technologies. After over a decade of leading editorial projects and publishing platforms, Hector shifted into AI engineering, data science, and software development. His work spans mobile apps, bilingual AI systems, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and data-driven tools designed for modern life. He holds HarvardX Verified Certificates in Data Science & Machine Learning and Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence, with training in algorithm design, modeling, and applied AI. He believes software should solve everyday problems while connecting with real people.
Rocio Palma
Chief Financial & Operations Officer
Rocio is a strategic CFO and operations leader with 20+ years of experience in finance, systems, and organizational execution. She has led a high-growth company through financial transformation, operational scaling, and complex reporting environments with calm precision and total accountability. With executive education from Columbia Business School and a career spanning corporate finance, operations, and NetSuite-driven systems, Rocio brings structure to ambition and discipline to growth. At Palamo, she ensures every product, process, and partnership is built on strong financial logic, operational clarity, and long-term sustainability.
